deposited in a trust account
that we secure for you.
Late charges are enforced to
ensure prompt payment of All
rents by All tenants.
Payables

we operate a state of the art
computer system to provide you
with monthly statements of all
income and expenses, including
both month-to date and
year-to-date totals. Easy
to read operating statements and
a personalized letter detailing
the activity at the property are
sent promptly at the end of each
month.
Management
Agreement

quality property management, and
personalized service. Because of
these standards, Empire West
feels secure in offering a
month-to-month Management
Agreement which allows you, our
client, the opportunity to give
30 days notice and cancel the
agreement at any time.
