At Empire West Property Management we take the initiative with an immediate inspection and preparation of the property.

We institute aggressive salesmanship, advertising, and promotion of your space. Interviews of potential tenants are thorough. Credit & Eviction checks are conducted on all applicants. This and the ongoing attention to tenants needs ensure Empire West’s ability to maintain a high tenant retention rate.


Performing Maintenance

At Empire West Property Management we order and supervise all maintenance. All work is guaranteed to be reasonably priced and of the highest quality in order to protect your investment. This is made possible by the majority of work being done by Gonzalez Building and Maintenance, a State licensed contractor, who maintains superior standards, and operates with only the most up to date equipment.

Rental Collection

At Empire West Property Management collections are made promptly on the 1st day of each month and deposited in a trust account that we secure for you. Late charges are enforced to ensure prompt payment of All rents by All tenants.


At Empire West Property Management we operate a state of the art computer system to provide you with monthly statements of all income and expenses, including both month-to date and year-to-date totals. Easy to read operating statements and a personalized letter detailing the activity at the property are sent promptly at the end of each month.

Management Agreement

At Empire West Property Management we work on the principles of quality property management, and personalized service. Because of these standards, Empire West feels secure in offering a month-to-month Management Agreement which allows you, our client, the opportunity to give 30 days notice and cancel the agreement at any time.
